VITAWICK Urine Collection System
Product Description
Designed for simple and dependable urinary collection at home, the VITAWICK™ Urine Collection System uses steady suction to guide urine through connected tubing into a clear 2000 mL canister. Quiet operation, 4 operating modes, remote control, and a liquid-free pump design support convenient bedside and overnight care. Compatible external catheters are required and sold separately.
How to Use
Before Use:
Before starting, make sure the collection canister is properly installed and all tubing connections are secure. Check that the tubing is not bent, twisted, blocked, or pressed against the bottom of the canister. A compatible male or female external catheter is required and sold separately.
Operation:
1. Place the VITAWICK™ Collection System on a stable surface near the bedside.
2. Connect the tubing securely to the collection canister and attach the other end to a compatible external catheter.
3. Confirm that all connections are secure before turning on the system.
4. Press the Power button to start the system.
5. Select the operating mode that best fits your care routine using the system controls or included remote control.
6. Position the tubing comfortably and make sure it remains free of bends or obstructions during use.
Operating Modes:
The VITAWICK™ Collection System offers four operating modes to support different bedside and daily care routines. Select the preferred mode before use and confirm that suction is working properly.
During Use:
Monitor the clear 2000 mL collection canister regularly. Empty the canister before it reaches its maximum capacity. If suction becomes weak, first check the tubing connections, tubing position, and canister placement.

1.Are external catheters included?
No. External catheters are required for use and sold separately.
2.Does it work for both men and women?
Yes. The system is designed to work with compatible VITAWICK male or female external catheter accessories.
3. What’s included with the system?
The system includes the collection machine, clear 2000mL canister, tubing set, remote control, and power adapter.
4. How large is the canister?
The included clear collection canister has a 2000mL capacity.
5. Can it be used at night?
Yes. The system is designed to support bedside and overnight home care routines.
6. Does liquid pass through the pump?
No. The pump provides suction support while liquid is guided through the tubing into the collection canister.
7. What should I check if suction feels weak?
Check that the tubing is fully connected, not bent, blocked, or pressed against the bottom of the canister. Also confirm the canister is installed correctly.
8. What if my order arrives damaged?
