You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, clean, and in its original packaging with all included accessories. For hygiene and care-related products, used items may not be eligible for return unless the issue is related to damage, defect, or product malfunction.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or appears to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate support based on the situation.
Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the reason for the return.
If the return is due to a product defect, damage during delivery, or an error on our side, we will help provide the best available solution. If the return is due to personal preference or an order placed by mistake, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds

One-Year Limited Product Support
VITAWICK products may include limited product support for manufacturing defects under normal use. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized accessories, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
