Cancellation & Modification

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund to your original payment method.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer need the item, you may request a return after receiving the package, according to our Return & Replacement Policy.

Address Changes

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will try to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

Refund Timing

If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
