Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after the order has shipped, depending on the destination and carrier service.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other situations outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. VITAWICK is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us with your order number. We will help review the tracking information and assist with the next step.
