Additionally, the following conditions may prevent a full refund or replacement:
- Requesting a refund after the 30-day warranty period.

- Requesting alterations to the item received.
- Providing inaccurate details or damage due to mishandling.
⚠️Limitations: The warranty policy applies only once per order.

How should I prepare my shipment for return?
You are not required to physically return items, saving you time and money. Simply provide detailed information and photos for issue resolution.
Can I exchange my items?
All VITAWICK products are custom-printed. To exchange for a different size or design, you are requested to cover the resend fee, which varies based on the product(s) purchased.
